Breece Hall is closing in on a Week 1 return. The Jets open Sunday against Tennessee, and their lead back is trying to finish his comeback from a groin injury. Hall suffered the injury during an Aug. 17 training camp practice and missed multiple weeks of work. He returned to drills Tuesday as New York began its final Week 1 preparations. Jets coach Aaron Glenn says Hall is trending toward playing Sunday. Hall rushed for a career-high 1,065 yards last season. Now the question is whether he will be ready for the first snap of 2026.
