Kayshon Boutte could be the next Patriots receiver traded
Kayshon Boutte has become one of the most intriguing trade candidates at Patriots training camp. The 24-year-old is entering the final year of his rookie contract after catching 33 passes for 551 yards and six touchdowns last season. New England added A.J. Brown and Romeo Doubs to a crowded receiver room that also includes Mack Hollins, DeMario Douglas, Kyle Williams, and Efton Chism III. Boutte said his focus remains on the Patriots but acknowledged that he could be somewhere else in the coming weeks. Head coach Mike Vrabel also said New England will consider opportunities to add draft capital or another player rather than simply lose a quality receiver during final roster cuts. The Patriots have not announced that Boutte is being actively shopped, and no trade has been completed.
