Taylor Rapp could be heading back to Denver sooner than expected. The Broncos released the veteran safety last month, but the door to a reunion was never really closed. Denver originally signed Rapp on Aug. 20 before releasing him six days later. Sean Payton said Rapp needed some time at home and called his chances of returning better than good. Rapp returned to the Broncos facility Friday for another workout. A reunion would likely begin on Denver's practice squad while the veteran works himself back into football shape. The Broncos already know the player. Now they've brought him back into the building.
